July 15: Annual Eidelweiss Beach cookout

Kick off the Summer and head to the Eidelweiss Beach at our free Annual Cook-Out on Saturday, July 15 at 5 pm. We will have burgers and hotdogs. First come first serve. There will be games for kids. Hope you can join us.

A presentation by Chief Colby, of the Madison Police Department to present how to safeguard your house from thefts and burglary. The presentation will be held on July 29th at 9:30 am at the Eidelweiss Lodge at the top of Oak Ridge Road. Refreshments will be served. This meeting is open to the public and everyone is welcome!

August 5: Boat Party
Sat, August 5th Boat Party at the Big Pea! We decided to change the date of the Boat Party earlier to Saturday, August 5th Beach scavenger hunt starting at 3:30 pm, meet at the Porridge Shore Drive Beach area. Ice cream certificates for the winners! Dock & Dine will be on the island at 5 pm Let us know if you're planning on coming so we know how much food to get. Menu - pork, stuffing, baked potato, cole slaw, corn on the cob, and ice cream. Dinner starts at 5 pm in the Lodge. If you are interested in seeing the carving of the pig, come by at 4 pm. Ticket information and dates for purchasing the tickets will be available shortly. Ticket price: $14 for EPOA members (2 per membership) $18 for Guests/Nonmembers FREE for children (hot dog and hamburger)

Second Annual EPOA Foliage Walks
For two Sundays in the Fall, October 8, 2017, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, join us for our Second Annual EPOA Foliage Walks. We will be serving Duncan Donuts coffee, apple cider, and doughnuts at the Big Loop Canal on Big Loop Road. The idea is that you create your own walking path to see the spectacular foliage from the Eidelweiss Beaches and include Big Loop Road in your Sunday morning path. Highway Cleanup Please help us to clean up Highway 113 this Saturday, October 28 at 11:00 am. Bring a pair of gloves and meet by the Mailbox parking lot at 11 am. It should take less than an hour if we have enough volunteers.
