Membership

The Eidelweiss Property Owners' Association, Inc. (EPOA) was founded by the property owners to improve the quality of life for the residents and property owners of the Village District of Eidelweiss.

By joining or renewing your membership in the EPOA, you are supporting the mission and vision of the EPOA to improve the community in which we all live. Everyone, including their parents or children, who owns land or a home in Eidelweiss is eligible for membership in the association.

• Membership is renewed annually and coincides with the calendar year. 
• Memberships are not transferrable.
• Membership in the EPOA does not provide voting rights within the Village District of Eidelweiss or the Town of Madison.

Membership dues have supported the following community projects:

• Kayak Rack Maintenance
• Village Beautification - mowing, mulching, flower gardens
• Playground Upkeep
• Summer Monthly Water Testing
• Highway/Valley Clean Up

Membership dues have supported:

• Beach Cookouts
• Sunset Ice Cream Socials at the Vista
• Eclipse Viewing Party
• Live Music Events
• Community Yard Sale
• Fall Walk
• Entrance Sign Lighting
• Ice Skating Party

The Annual Meeting of the EPOA is held on Saturday morning of Memorial Day Weekend.

It is optional to join the EPOA, but please consider supporting our efforts by paying a small yearly fee: $40 for homeowners and $25 for landowners.  Property owners within the District pay taxes to the Village District of Eidelweiss as well as to the Town of Madison.
